How do I open an account with ADI? Go to the contact us page and send an internal email requesting an account. Include your company name, key contact name, address, phone number and email address. Generally, ADI opens direct accounts only with institutional laundries and rental or resale suppliers, as well as hotel and healthcare institution on-premise laundries (OPL's).   

What are ADI's Customer Service hours? ADI can take your call live at 800-821-2221 from 4AM Pacific to 8PM Eastern. We'll confirm your order on the spot, and send you an email confirmation as well. 

How long does it take to ship orders? If your order is placed before 1PM in your time zone, goods will generally ship the very same day. In most cases, our routing can get goods to your door within 24 hours. We also offer many expedite logistics when needed. 

How do I track my order? Either email Customer Service via your confirmation, or call us at 800-821-2221. We'll provide you up to the minute tracking information. In most cases, we can also furnish the tracking information from the carrier, so you can follow the truck right to your door. 

Does ADI make custom products? Anything. Anytime. Just give us your product requirements. We'll either source it or make it. On garments, we offer free custom samples within one week. And custom garments are generally shipped within 4 weeks from the date of order.
