Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per company or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping Policy
  • Shipping is processed per each customer’s prearranged terms or per a special request that should be submitted with a customer’s order. Customers can also contact our Customer Service department to submit a special shipping request.
  • You may be responsible for other fees depending on your country such as duty or taxes and these fees are not included in your order.
Returns Policy
  • All returns should be requested and approved in advance of the return
  • Returns will be credited to customers account within two weeks or less of receipt of return
  • There may be a 10% restocking fee for returns
  • Prepaid freight will be deducted from all returns
Payment Terms

Orders from the Web Store require a purchase order number and will be billed per each customer’s prearranged terms.

The Web Store also allows customers with pre-established credit card payment terms the ability to pay for outstanding invoices via a credit card. The users will have to manually request these payments from the Website using our PCI compliant processor. ADI does not store payment card data on their systems.

Cancellation Policies

Order cannot be cancelled through the Web Store by the user. To cancel an order, please call Customer Service at 1-800-821-2221 during normal business hours.

Dispute Resolution / Agreement to Arbitrate
